Kinesiologists & ballerinas (for real)
The Ballet Hop! method was collectively developed by a multidisciplinary team of ballet teachers and
kinesiologists. All our workouts incorporate ballet-inspired movements, different cardio segments, strength training, complete stretches and a big slice of fun! Our goal: that
you feel energized and flexible at the end of your class, with a calm mind and a happy heart. The basic movements of Ballet Hop! include pliés, battements, lunges, planches, port de bras, V-sits, floor barre, planks and superwoman. We then add jumps, relevés, stretches, ronds de jambe and
some fun arms moves so we feel like we’re dancing while we sweat!

We’re all in for proper effort. Not too much, not too little. Some days we have to kick our butts to get to class but you can be sure you’ll be even more proud of your workout!

We believe in: a calm mind in a strong body, small victories, high-fives in class and via email. We inspire each other to form a girl gang that stands shoulder to shoulder – and on our tippy toes!
