Chair ballet

Longing for grace, lightness, flowing movement, and proud glances in the mirror… but while seated? Absolutely, it’s possible! Welcome to our chair ballet class, where we work on footwork, port de bras, full-body strengthening, and flexibility improving through feel-good exercises with the assisted aid of the chair. Low-impact – beginner friendly.

This is an adapted dance class, perfect for those with reduced mobility, in rehabilitation, or simply looking for a more comfortable class that takes its time!

It’s all about being comfortable — and feeling pretty fierce too! Leggings and a tank top or a leotard and tights, anything works. You’ll just need a pair of socks or soft ballet slippers, a reusable water bottle, and a hair tie is highly recommended. We’ll also lend you a yoga mat!
