The Couvent Val-Morin is an enchanting haven right on the shores of Lake Raymond.

Classes for all levels
Our classes and workshops include ballet, choreo, conditioning, running, yoga, and stretching. You can jump into everything, or just pick a few classes and chill by the lake instead of going for a run! All our sessions feature easy options to suit every level.

Nope! You build your schedule just the way you want. It’s your “me time” after all, so join in on what works for you, whenever you feel like it!
No rush at all for Friday—we’ll welcome you whenever you get here 🙂 We’ll have games and an apéro going for folks arriving from 5 PM on, but just hop in whenever you want/can!
Lots of our participants have cars, so we set up a Facebook event where you can post and coordinate carpooling if you need a lift!
Solo rooms are super limited, so jump on it fast! There’s an extra $50 + tax fee to snag a room all to yourself. Make sure to book it right when you register! Otherwise, we’ve got shared rooms for 2 or 4—they're plenty spacious and everyone gets their own bed, so no worries at all.
Of course! The retreat is open to absolutely everyone.
We’ll send you a full packing list right before the retreat, but definitely think about warm layers for outside, a reusable water bottle, your personal toiletries, comfy clothes, and your PJs! Bedding and towels are provided. And it’s BYOB—bring your favourite drink!
The rate covers your stay at Le Couvent Val-Morin, all meals (2 dinners, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts), yummy snacks, plus all the activities and workshops hosted by Ballet Hop! (dance and fitness classes, Apéro Hop!). It’s BYOB, so bring whatever you like to sip on!
When you sign up, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link. That’s your registration form, where you can let us know all about your dietary needs so our chef can take great care of you!
50% of the adult retreat price is considered a security deposit and is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% can be credited to your account for another date or service if you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat starts. No exchanges or refunds will be given less than 30 days before the selected retreat.
Add-on services, like room bookings, follow the exact same terms.
