First steps at the barre

Always been inspired by the grace of ballerinas, but don’t know where to start? RIGHT HERE! The CareBarre class will allow you to discover the posture, positions and basic movements of ballet. We start slowly with a series of 5-6 barre exercises, and end with a mini-stretch or a reverence (ahhhhh). Great choice of class to get started in ballet, if you have questions or are recovering from an injury. Bring your dance shoes or socks, and we’ll provide fun and comfort! 🙂

It’s about being comfortable and feeling pretty fierce! Leggings & t-shirt or leotard & tights, anything does the trick. However, you will need a pair of stockings or slippers, a reusable water bottle, a hair tie is highly recommended. We’ll lend you a yoga mat too!
