Petite technique

To make your first steps!

Beginner ballet class, otherwise known as COME ON. Perfect for starting ballet from scratch or if it’s been a long time! We will learn the basics of ballet, the theory, the positions of the feet, arms and body. Over the weeks, we accelerate the pace with our warm-up, a barre of 5-6 exercises and center work, but join us anytime and in 2-3 weeks, you will get up to speed, guaranteed !

You need to feel comfy and fierce. Leggings and a tank top, leotard and tights, whatever floats your boat. You need a pair of ballet shoes or workout socks, a reusable water bottle and a hairtie!

This class can be joined at anytime, however allow yourself a good 2-3 weeks to get up to speed!
