Sans chichis

Our signature class

Sans chichis (no frills) is Ballet Hop’s signature class! A mix of ballet-inspired strength training, followed by  some stretching and then, off to the barre, for some ballet techniques (but nothing complicated!). This is the ultimate hybrid class, perfect if you don’t know which class to start with. Bonus: we finish with the reverence in the center, for that ballerina feeling that will last you all week! This class has a reputation for being very friendly and perfect for getting started.

You need to feel comfy and fierce. Leggings and a tank top, leotard and tights, whatever floats your boat. You need a pair of ballet shoes or workout socks, a reusable water bottle and a hairtie! We’ll lend you a yoga mat.
