Our HIIT workout

Gym Tonic is a 45-minute HIIT workout that mainly uses functional movements (burpees, squats, abdominal planks, etc.) interspersed with very short breaks to allow you to spend the maximum amount of energy within the least amount of time possible. Our shortest but most intense workout! This is the ideal class to challenge yourself and improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance without having to worry about turn out or pointing your foot! Ready to take on the challenge? It’s about being comfortable and feeling pretty fierce! Leggings & t-shirt or leotard & tights, anything does the trick. However, you will need a pair of socks or ballet shoes, a reusable water bottle, a hair tie is highly recommended. We’ll lend you a yoga mat too!
