Intense barre workout

Our signature training at the barre. Corps de ballet is a fluid 60-minute class combining high-intensity strength training, cardio, pilates-inspired movements and fast-paced ballet. It is ideal for working on your technique, strengthening your muscles and toning your body! To acquire the strength and the grace of ballerinas and to have a good sweat, it’s right here! This class is easy to follow whether you are beginner or advanced.

You need to feel comfy and fierce. Leggings and a tank top, leotard and tights, whatever floats your boat. You need a pair of ballet shoes or workout socks, a reusable water bottle and a hairtie! We’ll lend you a yoga mat.
