What is positive ballet?

It is authentic and rigorous ballet, based on real recognized methods, but taught with the aim of having fun, moving, loving your body a little more every day. Barre fitness – 60 minutes, intermediate

An intense barre workout – Come sweat and have a good laugh with our intense workout in “barre fitness” mode. Ballet-inspired, presented in cardio and muscular mode.

PETITE TECHNIQUE

Dancing for real! – 75 minutes, beginner level

Our beginner ballet class goes over all the elements of the barre : plies, tendus, ronds de jambe, grand battements… then we work in the center on turns and jumps!

A happy mix of training in the center, followed by a beginner technical segment at the barre, and a reverence for that ballerina feeling ♡

Taking your first ballet steps has never been so comforting. Come learn the basics at the barre – feet positions, arm positions, alignment and basic vocabulary. Perfect to start or refresh your memory!
